The results are very Europe dominated, except Sydney at #2.

...but not necessarily live. It would be Zurich, Geneva, Frankfurt, London. Interestingly all European. For better work/life balance, other criteria should be included: quality of schools, cultural events, subculture, safety, sport, etc.
